My results: Denying debt in court
[size=3]First allow me to thank everyone who gave me guidance through this.
 ..After receiving summons for an alleged debt from elite recovery (who, by the way closed it's doors 10/2008) represented by blitt & gaines, wheeling il. I went to court and denied liability of said debt. Trial date was then set for this morning. Immediately after first appearance I filed an answer with the circuit clerk and requested validation of debt. Then sent a certified letter requesting same. Checked before I went to the courthouse, trial had been canceled by blitt. sol comes into play 12/09. Again, thank you everyone. Best wishes to all of you!
