My student loans are in offset. This year will be the second time my income taxes have been taken away from me. How can I get rid of this debt? :?

Contact the guarantor and find out how much you have left to pay. There should be the name of the guarantor and phone number on the offset letter. Enter into repayment....you probably wanna look at rehabbing if your balance is high enough or consolidating.
