Wage Garnishment, Live in PA, work in NJ

I have a question. This isn't happening now but i just wanted to know. If there was a judgement against me and I live in PA which for private loans n credit cards has no wage attachment..However, i work in NJ... how would this all work as far as wage garnishment.

btw the company (CA) is arrow financial for a private loan a little under 10k

Their practices are evasive and they won't even send me a letter. I am just wondering if it came down to that how would that work based on my current living/working situation.

is this a big corporation or a local business.the reason i ask is because i was garnished about a year ago.the company was carquest auto parts.the HQ is in NC,but i work and live in IL.that could make a difference.i think since they have to get the judgement where you live your state laws should apply.if that's the case then ARROW wouldn't be able to garnish.
