Has anyone heard of Integrity Financial or just Integrity? They left me a message today telling me it would be in my best interest to call them or they will make the decision for me. The number they left is 866-951-8056.

All I have to say, is those people are as retarded as the debt collectors themselves. Who in their right mind would throw money away and just people hard working dollars for fun, and reward these creeps for acting like frauds.
Oh I know!!! They are frauds themselves!!

The reality is that if I could pay my debts I would. The economy has affected me financially. I don't lead an extravagant lifestyle. Until recently I had an impeccable credit report. So I don't skirt my debts and obligations. I just want to be treated legally and with respect. I assume the others on this site feel the same way. It is not as simple as sucking it up and paying the debt when there is no money to pay it.

These a holes are calling my cell phone leaving message for a family member. I called to ask to be removed from their list...they were so rude, lied to me about how they got my phone number, asked personal questions, yelled at me and hung up on me. I owe no money and do not want to receive these calls anymore. I cannot believe any company would condone yelling at people who ask to stop being harassed. They even told me calling over and over wasn't harassment. Sure feels like it to me.

If this is the same company....You might want to check this company. Integrity Financial Partners, Inc. They are collection agency. I'm sure they are representing different companies...... one of them might be Chase Bank

I'm dealing with these people for a defaulted private student loan I defaulted on when I lost my job, they called me up and threatened legal action such as freezing my bank account, I told them I would love to pay my debt but I'm an unemployed full time student surviving on student loans until I find a job

Apparently they wont accept payments of less than $111 a month, even though I am willing to pay on it just less since I have a very limited amount of money that have to pay things like food and car insurance and gas to get to my classes. After talking to the rep for like 10 minutes she hung up on me, I tried calling back that number the rest of the night but it was constant disconnect signal.

I'm wondering what kind of company will not work with people according to their situation and what kind of company hangs up on someone for no reason.

I've never heard of them before, but I just got a call today from my ex sister in law because her husband told her that his mother got a call from Integrity Financial Partners asking for me. I have not met her mother in law, dont even know her name, yet this people manage to call and inquire from her about me.

She just recognized the last name so she told her son to ask his wife is she knows who is this person they are looking for.

Is this even legal, that they are soliciting information from your relatives or even former relatives and to your relative's in laws.

Is ther any law that should prohibits this from happening?

I had a dealing with IFP a few months ago. I knew something was wrong with the call, I told her that I was the wrong person. I stuck to my guns and I guess she believed it. They stopped calling. I an unemployed, and have no assets so they had no chance to collect anything anyway but it was nice to con the crooks.

I had several threatening phone calls from them. Called them back and talked to a Mister somebody who repeatedly put me on hold to "speak to the lawyers" who I'm sure were just sitting in the cubicle next to him - yeah right. I asked him to verify the debt and he just kept putting me on hold "for just one moment" He NEVER could tell me who the original debtor was, and I kept telling him over and over that I wanted something in writing. He told me the letter they sent me was returned to them unopened. He wanted me to give him my debit card information over the phone -just to "hold until I release the payment". I refused and demanded a letter. This guy then put me on hold again to get the supervisor. After about 10 more minutes, THE SAME GUY got on the phone, gave me a different name and tried to disguise his voice. I demanded something in writing, which the "supervisor" told me he would send. I'm not holding my breath..... I have gotten pay day loans in the past, but they have been PAID.
