student loand tax offsets

I am paying my loan now but tax treasure department tell me i have to pay off my loan to remove tax offsets. my question is can I consolidation my student loan to remove my tax offsets?

Yes, consolidating the loan will remove the default and thus lift the tax offset. I always recommend the Direct Loan Program.
