Filing 2008 Taxes w/ Ch7 BK and Foreclosures/Short Sale

I would like some feedback from anyone who has gone thru this process. I have filed for Ch7 in 2008 with 2 Foreclosures. How do I file my 2008 taxes? Are the foreclosures & short sales considered capital gains? Will I receive 1099's from lenders? PLEASE Help...

The foreclosures were in the BK? Then yes you will need to send

The foreclosures were in the BK? Then yes you will need to send a copy of the BK papers to the IRS, to show they were in the BK. This happened to us a few years ago.
