sallie mae gave my account to usafunds,i paid eight monthes and my balance never went down,whats up with this,trying too get back to sallie mae,and pay them,
Ok...you are in default. If your payments are not covering the
Ok...you are in default. If your payments are not covering the interest, then your account balance wont go down. Plus you were charged up to 24% in collection fees. Hopefully you are continuing to pay.....it requires 9, maybe 10 payments to complete a rehab.
