Getting a Refund from 3B...thanks to this forum!!

I want to thank everyone on this forum for their advise and taking the time to help others who are going through the struggles you have gone through. I used the advise given and worked with the BBB on two of my PDL's...I took a $500 loan from 3B and they took the $500 principle PLUS $1065 in interest from my account. I requested a refund and they are sending me a check for $870. Little Loan Shoppe gave the BBB a standard basically "buying themselves more time" response but I rejected their response so the case it still moving.
Just wanted to say thank you and to all newbies....educate yourselves by this forum, and let's all get out of this PDL nitemare!!!

First of all congratulations!!! I tried to get a refund from e-payday since I overpaid them by $2,000 but they won't hear of it. Right now I've overpaid Speedy Payday loan by $800. They continue to take the finance charge out of my account. I haven't even touched the actual principal of the $300 loan. Has anyone called their bank to file a claim to get disput the debits? I'm going to try it but I was hoping someone else had success doing this. The company will have to provide the bank proof of my authorization for them to debit this amount. Need some advise please.
