DTCC points payment

And the fact that this morning I had like 200 + points - and now I have like 11 - Also on my page I am not listed as a moderator and it shows I have earned nothing as a moderator - also it has me listed as junior member.. Is something weird going on??

We are working on few changes in our sub domain. We will look into the issue.

btw we have cleared the payments.

it's different,and i now show 1928 points when it showed barely 1000 yesterday.also when i click my history tab it looks screwey as well.

HelpinAZ, can you please share the snapshot of the section where you are getting negative points (-2583 DTCC points)

It seems to be okay when I first come in - but it I click on anything then it reverts to what I was talking about above.

This morning it shows my DTCC point balance as: Currently you have total -2583 DTCC points. Really!!!!

You guys just about had all working - and now this!!! - I also got several emails this morning for threads that have had responses - some that I had already read.. So at least something is working that wasn't

Encash DTCC Points

Currently you have total 74 DTCC points.
Minimum 1000 points, are required for encashment request.

It is the new pages -- if this is at the top - Community, Forums, Answers, Wiki, Letters, Budgeting, Blog, Do it yourself - If the old pages shows normal - but I am guessing we are switching over. So I have just lost the points? .

Our tech team will match credit points of old debtcc and new debtcc site (sub domain) figures.

Okay still something weird going on - yesterday I had like 300ish points and today after I answered threads I have 205?? Am I loosing points for answering things now, LOL!! Hope not!!
Also I received my check in the mail yesterday for the last cash in and it still shows pending on the link?
