I got my first PIF!!!!


I had 2 loans with Fast Money 911. The first one I WAY overpaid, the second one was about $50 overpaid. I wrote my letter that stated that AL State Law prohibited the rollover of payday internet loans. I requested a refund (don't think I'll get it). I also asked them to mark both loans PIF. Here's what I got today!

We received your letter.



While we disagree with your interpretation of the law, in the interest of good customer relations, both your loans have been marked as PAID IN FULL.

Who did you contact within FastMoney 911 to take care of your PIF and refund? I've sent letters and have contacted the Kansas State Attorney General with my overpaid loans and getting them PIF. They won't return my requests or answer my questions. I would like to know how you contacted them and how they contacted you back?

What is the best way to request a PIF? I see that there was a letter sent with threats of filing complaints, how can I go about doing this?

Hi,
I used the letter found on this site. I did file with BBB and the Attorney General's Office.
Out of 5 payday loans - which I had overpaid - I now have 4 PIF letters and I received one refund. I'll be happy to assist you in any way I can.
