student loan garnishment

i am in a terrible situationa and cannot get out at this point nor know which way to turn or to start.

I have had 2 completely different companies garishing my wages. i was told 1 company got 10% and the other got 15%. needless to say i cannot survive off of 25% less of my wages.

i got one company to stop due to finicial hardiship but this will only last for about another 5 months or so. keep in mind this is the company that was taking 10% out of my check.

Now the other company who is still taking 15% will not assist me in any way what so ever. i had set up a payment arrangement with this exact company but missed a payment and they took me off the program that i was suppose to be on. The amount that they wanted me to pay was more than my car note and insurance put together.

what do i do at this point? i literally cannot survive and barely have enough to make it...
