i got a student loan, they have garnish my income tax twice, and now they are taking it out of my check weekly....help

You would have been sent a 30 day notice by the CA informing you of their intent to garnish your wages. If you failed to repond, they can then garnish 15% of your disposable wages. Have you tried calling to negotiate a payment plan??
