My school bankrupt, KeyBank want me to pay full loan
My school filed bankruptcy in 2005 taking my money with them before I could finish my studies or get a diploma. Keybank wants me to pay the full loan which is over 100K. I tried negotiating with them to see if I could pay for the time I've studied only, but no luck. Any ideas please?

Ok....school filed BK....but did it close? If it closed, where you in attendance when this happened? Where you offered another school or location to finish your studies ? If the school closed, did you apply for Closed School cancellation?
Was this a private loan or a federal loan?
