Correct Information
FYI
There is no such thing as debt termination. There is no way to erase, terminate, or eliminate debt. It does not just go away.
However, as a retailer for CMS I can tell you frankly that CMS does nothing mentioned in the Minnesota Bar website nor do they erase anyones debt.
The process they use is similar to that of any debt settlement company or repayemt plan. They use a slightly different method to offset the debt which takes months or even years to do.
I can say that I have referred several (over 20) of my clients to CMS and not one have had any issues with the service.
I also can honestly say that I have other clients who chose other settlement companies who are now being sued and have certain creditors who do not want to settle.
Although CMS is not the best solution for every case it is a viable option. Especially since no debt relief service is guaranteed.
One thing I can say for sure is that CMS is not a scam. It is a real company with a real service that happens to be gaining some popularity.
I would be careful about making statements based on who knows what about CMS. I beleive their legal counsel is planning to do something about many unsubstantiated, which they deserve to do.
