Loan Rehabilitation and Taxes/Wages

Does anyone know if I begin a program to Rehabilitate my student loans will I still be subject to wage garnishment and withholding of my tax return?

Are you currently being garnished???

As a general rule, if you are currently being garnished, you will need to make 9 payments over and above the garnishment. As for tax offset, it will depend on the guarantor. Tax offset lien lists are submitted to the IRS early December....some guarantors require 3 payments, others require 1. You would need to talk to the CA or guarantor handling the account.
