My husband has an account with you and of course it is delinquent at this time, do you think calling EVERY 5 MINUTES is going to get the bill PAID!!! Please STOP CALLING!!!

You can have a talk regarding this on the phone with the one who is calling you. I am sure it is left with some communication gap which can be handled with proper co-ordination.
