Is this considered fraud?

I am going to file chapter 7, one of my debts is a judgment. I was supposed to pay this creditor every month for 6 months, and I have, but after the 6 months they will want the full amount, which I don't have. Is that going to be looked upon as fraud in bankruptcy court because I am filing as soon as the full payment is due? I haven't skipped any payments so far.

it shouldn't be.in fact when you file all judgements,garnishments and such associated with debt in the petition are stopped.
