One Down 8 More to Go My First PIF

I got my first PIF yesterday after negotiating a settlement of the principal balance only. It felt really good to get this weight off my shoulders and it was relatively easy to do thanks to all of you here who gave me great advice and guided me through the process. A special thank you to Shazzers, and PaulMergel for pointing me in the right direction in regards to securing my bank account and helping me with my state laws.

This is a wonderful site and great group of people who genuinely want to help others get their lives back on track!!!

Two more PIF's today ameriloan settled through the BBB and loans

Two more PIF's today ameriloan settled through the BBB and loanshoponline. I think the worst will be Cash Advance Network and Paychecktoday.com

I just keep emailing them the C & D Letter and copies of my BBB

I just keep emailing them the C & D Letter and copies of my BBB report, AG Report, Consumer Protection Act and I have not heard from them now for two days. I also emailed them my offer of $120. I guess I will just have to wait and see what happens next. I feel like a CA lol
