is there a way to write my wage garnishments off at tax time??

I think I saw this same post somewhere else. I don't think you can write it off at Tax time. What state do you live in? I live in PA and in THIS state, wage garnishments are NOT allowed. However...in ALL states the only thing that have a wage garnishment can be assest is if you owe the Government ( Child Support, a defaulted student loan, etc.)
