Bankruptcy filing for people outside US origin.

I am not a US citizen. Will I be able to file for bankruptcy here?

You will be able to file a bankruptcy even if you are not a US citizen. The law states that you need to have a permanent address of contact in US, your place of business or property. If the following details are available, you can file for bankruptcy.
