Hello ,I have had some bad experience with 500 fast cash,they gave me $250.00 loan in December amd then have been charging my account each month for $70.00 umtil may 02 2009,then they charge me $467.00 in JUNE 13 2009,DID YOU EVER GET ANY MONEY GACK? or who can I talk to and get any help? 500 fast cash is a loan from an Indian Tribe. There was a lawsuit where the debtors won but then the appellate court overturned it, stating that the indian tribe is a sovereignty (spelling???) under itself and it does not have to follow the Finanical Codes of each state, Meaning that they can totally rip you off with use fees each payday. If you were able to really get 500 fast cash to mark you as paid in full - then that is absolutely amazing!! Print out that email/letter they sent you. Once you get the payday lenders to stop automatically ACh debiting your bank accoutn, go open another account completely and close that account so they don't have access anymore. So far I've gotten PanAm Cash, and Namakan financial to stop charging me each month by sending them info on California Law (no rolloever payday loans, only allowed to charge $45 (15%) on a 255. loan. I am working on getting about 5 others to stop. Once this is all over with I will never get another payday loan again.
