Quick Click Loans is backed by a bank most of the time. It's very similar to Cash Call.
I had a loan with them. They contacted a lawyer when I was about 60 days late, and sued me 7 months later.
If they do the same as with me, you will receive a letter from their lawyer, then hear nothing for months and months. Then one day, you will receive a summons from them. They like to wait until the balance has balloned up from the interest and late payments. They will not be able to charge that interest after they get the judgement against you.

We live in Tennessee. I have not had them call us for the past three days so, I am assuming that they have contacted an attorney. I have an appointment with an attorney myself in a week. What should I do? I have not filed for bankruptcy yet but, we do plan to file. Should I tell my creditors that we are going to file or wait until we actually do?

In my experience, as soon as you tell your creditors that you plan to file, some of them will start demanding your attorney's name. Also, they will start asking how you are going to afford an attorney (since you can't afford to pay them). I just told them that an attorney would cost a lot less than my minimum monthly payments to all of them for only one month.
I don't think it really matters when you tell them because until you actually engage an attorney, they will still pursue their collection efforts against you.

goudah2424,
I know this post is really old but I was wondering what was the outcome of the lawsuit? Did they garnish your wages and if so how much are they taking out? I am going thru the same situation and I dont know what Im going to do. Please let me know what happened. I would really appreciate it.

These people were debiting my checking account (attempting to) even after i had a court ordered stay because of bankruptcy. I recommend NOT getting a loan from them. They are associated with MetaBank.
I finally got some action after contacting the website "contact us" form. They returned some of the money. I am waiting for more.
These people will do whatever the think they can get away with.
The only people that should ever borrow from QuickClickLoans are
The only people that should ever borrow from QuickClickLoans are those who have the ability to re-pay the loan quickly. Customer service is wonderful and as their name suggests, quick to get you processed and get your money wired into your account. Let me tell you, the people processing your loans are paid a lot of money and their incentives and bonuses are delightful, therefore you think this company is great because they're treating you nice and processing your application quickly, not because they care about you, they are paid well (average $20 hr). Be aware, if and when you fall behind on your payments, they hire people with a bad attitude that will pratically be abusive towards you and push to get a payment out of you. Good customer service ends the minute you fall behind. If you can, record the messages and conversations with these people to prove just how abusive they are. Then they have the "legal" department, which is an overpaid person taking things a little further with their threats. Honestly, don't bother using this company unless you can repay the loan within a few weeks or less (some people use these loans that way and works great for them) but the typical person that's looking for cash fast, stay away. This company has many, many customers who they're pursuing legally to get their money, don't become another! removed, no soliciting. You can trust me on this, I used to work for them. I was qualified for the job, but not everyone needs to be, if you're a young pretty girl willing to get to the top and earn lots of money and be promoted fast, the opportunity is there, just look for the sleazy bosses. Gross!!!

This forum does not advocate unlicensed lenders who do not comply with the law, I disagree with EVERYthing you say but it's your life, not mine.
