Harrassing Phone Calls
How do I take my company's phone number off of your calling list? The person LTD is calling for has never worked at my company and yet they still call every single day and every single day I tell them not to call again. How does your company make any money when you are wasting time calling the wrong phone numbers? Did you know that it is illegal to continue calling after you were told not to call again? Perhaps my phone company and the police department will be more convincing because I have already contacted them.

Hi LB
Your post says that you are addressing to someone in LTD Financial. This is a debt consolidation Company and the people in this company do not make any phone calls until their members request for it.
You are seeing this page because of the consumers' feedback posted in this forum. Thus, this is not the actual LTD Financial Company. Please contact

Still not true
Ok Roxette, I have a question, who are these so called members that are requesting the phone calls. Are these members individuals or companies. I have no idea who your company is. I have not lived at my mom's house since 1998 yet we received a phone call today.
Repeative Harrassing Phone Calls from LTD Financial Services
I too have received at least 1 call a day for the last 60 days from a man calling himself Mr. Stearns. He calls from several numbers: 877-741-2100, 713-414-2100. I asked Mr. Stearns not to call again. I have had AT&T trace the call using call trace and I have asked the local police to follow-up with AT&T on their procedure for stopping these calls. The man calls at all hours. After Veterans day, I will contact my attorneys and we aim to sue Mr. Stearns and LTD Financial Services at the rate of $500 per call since the day I asked him not to contact me again via telephone. Currently, I expect this to be a personal law suit. However, if you have located this information, please indicate if you are interested in participating in a class action law suit against this firm. I will point my attorneys to this website for review when I present the information to them. If you continue to receive harrassing phone calls from LTD Financial Services, definitely voice your opinion with your telephone company, local law enforcement, and the FCC. You can post a complaint at FCC.gov and/or FTC.gov, which I have also submitted.
Personally, I do not know what LTD Financial Services does, nor do I care to know. I have no idea why Mr. Stearns is call, nor do I care. I do know that his repeative harrassing calls will be stopped. If their is anything so important, Mr. Stearns and his company can put it in writing and send if via U.S. Mail. I suggest others insist upon the same notification in lieu of telephone calls.
