How is there anyway to get this IRS rebate?
Now with this rebate coming in, it's going to be direct deposited into this defunct account, wiping $600 off the $-911+. Therefore, I won't see any of it. I guess it's too late to get it reversed, as the IRS said it's too late. I had no clue this would all happen to me, or I would of called the IRS for a paper check months ago.
With my house in foreclosure and a few bills left to pay, this $600 would work miracles for me. Will I ever see this $600? Am I really gonna have to pay the negative balance once the account is closed? Thanks!

Was it an internet loan or a storefront? What state are you in? Depending on where you live, if its an internet loan, then it might be illegal. Check the stats on your state consumer laws.
Then BoA would HAVE to close the account and get your money back. Also ask BoA, to put a deposit-only (debit-posting) on your account. That way it's still open but nobody can debit from your account, they can only credit your account.

The problem here is not ACH debits coming out. The account is already overdrawn and the person posting was saying that her irs check was going to be directly deposited, clearing up a portion of her od. It was too late for the irs to change it. Has nothing to do with ach debits.
