WWC is a UK corporation, with no US presence whatsoever. Our business is entirely located outside of the US.
We would like to clarify that this loan was unsolicited and originated in consequence of an approach by *soxfan* from an internationally accessible website.
We advanced a loan on terms that were readily understood by all concerned. *soxfan* agreed to the application of the English Law and the jurisdiction of English courts in the loan transaction. All payments were collected strictly in accordance with the terms of the loan contract.
We do not agree with *soxfan's* comments that this loan is illegal and believe we have acted with complete propriety through out.
However, we do not receive many customer complaints and value our good customer relations.
Therefore, as we are in the final stages of closing down our operation, as a gesture of goodwill we are willing to refund the $356.00 as requested.

Just wanted to give one final follow-up. I spoke with a lady from World Wide Cash and she was extremely nice and helpful. My refund goes out tonight and will be in my account tomorrow! Thanks again to everyone here at this site who has helped me through this payday loan hell I have been in for what has seemed like an eternity. My heart goes out to all of you!!
