Revenue Sharing Model for Moderators
We will be introducing a revenue sharing model for our moderators; I will explain the model to the selected moderators. We will have limited sub-forums and thus limited moderators. I am hopeful that each moderator will get a good share of revenue.
Our Moderators are working voluntarily but as an appreciation, we will like to share our revenue with them. Share will be deposited on monthly basis.
Your suggestions are welcome.

I'm sure you all agree that this is a real good proposition and will be a great hit amongst the moderators. People who walk with us to make our mission successful is very special to us and we want to share our revenue with them as a token of appreciation.

I appreciate your proposition. But sometimes the members also contribute a lot in this case. They get limited to that $100 weekly prize only and that can also happen very rarely. So, is there any scope for the valued members in this case? :wink:
