How do I remove the bankruptcy after the ten years are over?

Hello boss! as far as i know, bankruptcy gets dropped from your credit report after 7 years. if not then after 10 years. it may however leave a bad mark on your credit report but things will fall into place with time. but you can definitely work towards a good credit history. get a fresh credit report and review it to see if there are any negative information. contact the credit bureau regarding any error there might be. make sure that if you have cleared any debt recently, its mentioned in your report, so that the any future creditor will get the idea that even if you had filed for bankruptcy, you had tried your best to clear the debts and will not think too much if, god forbid, you are in a situation to borrow money again! :D

If you need any help learning how to dispute items on your credit I wrote an ebook that explains how and even offers an example dispute letter you may use and alter to fit your needs. Although I have it listed on my site for a fee just go there and send me and email and I would be more than happy to send you a free copy. I had a bankruptcy discharged about three years ago and I still find items to dispute every year that were included in the bankruptcy. Some just keep finding their way back on there. Everyone should be very proactive in making sure their credit reports are accurate. Thats why they passed a law entitling everyone to get a copy of their credit reports for free every year. Everyone should definately take advantage of it. Hope that helps! :D
