A Success story of a Different sort!

I started tweaking on my credit reports about one year ago in preparation for a new construction home before the housing industry imploded. My ave scores then were 750 between the three. Since then I have gone from zero credit card revolving lines to over $116K revolving and $20K Line of Credit. These new accounts have opened up some great relationships with creditors and bumped my ave Fico to 775. I know it is not your average success story here, but it is my story. :D

That's awesome Cajun!
About the housing market, it's definately a seller's market! But sell and go where? A house across the street from us sold and brought the value of our house up tremendously but what good does that do? I mean, if we sell we have to buy another... so to me it means not much!
Can't wait to see how much my scores jump when i finally get this judgement removed! Any ideas??
:D
