My Success Story

:D I am so happy!!! About 2 months ago I quit my job so that I can go back to college and get a degree in paralegalism. Money ran a little tight so I did a PDL then another, then another . I was up to 5 PDL's to of which were installment loans. The due dates were all coming due and I had no money to take care of these loans. I found this website and started reading the different forums and taking in the information i was reading from everyone. It was a breath of fresh air. I called the PDL's to get extension because I knew I had some money coming out of a deferred comp pension and would pay them off then. Unfortunately they would not work with me and 1 of the companies was very hateful. Well I had a plan to default if needed on the loans and close my checking account that way they would have to work with me if they wanted their money. My money came in today and I paid off 4 out of the 5 loans and am feeling a big sigh of relief. I just want people to know I was fortunate, but I have learned my lesson and will never deal with any of these companies ever again. That was the most fearful situation I've ever been in. Please, Please, Please people find another way to get money fast but don't use these companies their fees are outragious and they will not work with you when needed. I want to thank this website again for all you help. I think you are all wonderful and Godspeed to all of you.

Congratulations, trail! And, thank you for sharing your story. You've made it through the "dark tunnel"!

trail..I know how you feel..back in June I could have leap off a bridge...I was so depressed about money! After I found this site learned how to deal with IPDLs and CA's I have found peace of mind and learned a good lesson and where NOT to borrow money! Good luck to you and your continuing education.

Wonderful news to hear. You are very responsible having a back up plan in case something happened but things pulled through and you were able to pay 4 out of your 5 loans. I think that when people read this they will think that there will be a light at the end of the tunnel  congratulations to you 8)
