NCO financial. I dialed the # and asked who it was??

I typed that number in the search box at the top of this page.

I typed that number in the search box at the top of this page. It found a thread (on this site) where someone had the same question..back in March. Others responded and it was found to be a number for NTO...that was the only information on it. probably a collection agency??
