ACH loans
Just a FYI; if anyone has a loan w/ a company called ACH and you close out your bank accounts, etc., be prepared to be INUNDATED w/ calls from these people. I just received 3 calls in a row, I'd referred them to the State of Maryland (per info recd on this site), they have the telephone number, and yet they keep calling. But I'm hanging in there and am glad to finally be "seeing the light" as far as getting out of the payday loans. Thanks for your help!

The only numbers I can find for this company are in India. Definitely illegal, but not much you can do about it except weather the storm till they give up trying to collect. Companies like this will never sue, no matter what the collectors say. It would expose them to too much.
