Does this place or number ring a bell with anyone?
I got a call on my cell phone and when I called it back they said they were a collection agency, and I said who are you looking for , I gave them the phone number, but then they wanted my name and file number, I said you called me you tell me who your looking for.. and he was like no,I need your name for verification. I thinking I am not giving any more personal info so I said you must have called me in error and then I said then do not call this number again and hung up .

This is a fairly new number I never give it out .

thanks for your help !

Lorim, apparently this place really likes to bug people but they don't leave messages. I found the following information on the internet. apparently it takes 10 grand for them to defend against a complaint so if they keep calling you may want to consider turning them in to the FCC as I'm sure they have heard of these folks before.
Call 617-965-2000 and ask for a supervisor

They have another # (877) 897-7103.

I have been dealing with CCS for several months now. I made payment arrangements with them and make my monthly payment faithfully. The problem is they continue to call several times per week. When I remind them I have already made payment arrangements, they look in the system and acknowledge that I have. However, they tell me that does not stop the collection calls. The calls only stop when the account is paid in full. I have verbally requested any other communication from them comes in writing and they say okay when I talk to them but the calls continue. Since I made payment arrangements, shouldn't that keep them from calling?
