how do i get in touch with cmg group


yes they deposited money in my account without contacting me didn't even know they were depositing it. now they are taking 75 dolloars out and have overdrafted my account

do you mean they withdrew money from your account? that's not something they should have done and I hope that your bank works with you as far as overdrafting fees and such since you were not aware of this. I think the first thing to do is contact your bank about this if you haven't already. so sorry this happened to you, unfortunately, many of these lovely companies put their hands in our accounts and shouldn't be!
were you able to do what Morningstar suggested and used the search bar? take care

i didn't even know the money was in there went to the bank and it showed the deposited 250 well it has been 3 weeks and now they just took the money out 75 well it over drafted my account they tried to get the money out 3 times now it charges me ever time i am going to the bank monday haven't had a chance

Did you apply to get a loan from them or have a previous loan with them? Just trying to figure out how they got your account info. Also, did you just become aware of this deposit and debit? If so then the bank may work with you as far as the unauthorized deposit and debit. If you knew and didn't call CMG to let them know that they deposited the money by mistake, then they could say that you knew the whole time and make a big stink about it. I'm not saying that this is the case at all, but I'm just trying to help you cover yourself for when you present your case to the bank. :-)

i applied to another account not them two shouldn't they have to call and get my approval to deposit money into my account. i figure it out that the money was in there left it in there hoping they would withdrawl it out but they did not i tried to google there name kept coming up with nothing no number nothing so i had no way of getting a hold of them so yes i soent the money that is my fault but the deposited without any premission. a lot of companys have my information the company i applied with denied me so that is were i thought i was with the payday loan stuff
