SONIC PAYDAY!

To anyone that comes across this company, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!

They were right up there with Ellis Crosby on the level of harassment and slander.
They called my work, threatened me, threatened my bosses, etc.

Now I got an email from my HR rep this morning...
says Sonic contacted her and now she and payroll have a lien against me. A total of nearly $700 that I DO NOT owe will be deducted from my next paycheck. So I contacted her, explained to her their antics and reputation. She failed to return my calls, email and now I'm going back in forth with different HR reps and big bosses.

I have no doubt that this will be fixed...fingers crossed...but it truly is an unwanted inconvenience!

AVOID SONIC PAYDAY!

WOW! What state did you live in?
I have had problems with them, but they never got a lien i think its illegal in TX

Maryland...where laws are pretty much all over the place!

My boss said it's pretty much along the lines of wage garnishment, which is serious business. From what I understand, however, wage garnishment is a court-ordered thing and Sonic took it upon themselves just to contact a young girl in our Payroll!

I got it worked out though. She emailed me back and said nothing would be deducted and my boss is looking into it as well. It's just something I shouldn't have to deal with! Gave me quite a scare and a headache this morning!

You paid this already right? Why dont you just get the bank statement and fax the loan co that shows where you did PAY it, and also show it to your boss?
