"Sara Rubin aka Sarah O Rubin " Alisa Tetro of New York works for a the following debt buyer, thier signatures are considered bogus. They lie when she states she has personal knowledge of the events.
On alot of court papers of late they try to be a Capital One agents,and notarize the others papers and also affidavits of the amounts owed.
