I just googled the number, and apparently they never answer or leave a message. Several people receive numerous calls over an hour to an hour and a half period. Here is the link so you can see what others are saying.

Oddest thing, luke. I put both phone numbers in the BBB site and many businesses come up. Here are just a few. How can they all come up (different businesses and different states) with one phone number?

the 646 number seems to be either affiliated with a campaign of some sort or a polling place of some sort.

Can't find anything on the 846!
