Got a response from UCL regarding Refund and C&D
Your acount balance is zero, and you were written off 260.00 that you owed. No refund will be given on this acount.
If you have any legal questions, they must be placed in writing to our Legal Dept. They will decide wether any action or reponse is necessary.
We will not respond to any further emails, or calls re: this matter. AGAIN, YOU MUST PUT IN WRITING ANY FURTHER COMUNICATION TO OUR LEGAL DEPT
First off, I have to shake my head at the typos here! Secondly, I love how the State of Oklahoma ORDERED them to refund the money I overpaid (over $600) and they act like they did ME a favor by writing off my remaining "debt" to them!!! :roll:
Boy oh boy these people just don't get it do they?!
I forwarded that email on to Brad at the Oklahoma AG's office. Maybe he'll know what to do. :twisted:

Morons! You would think they would at least attempt to spell correctly! And telling you they won't respond to emails or calls.... Make sure you save that response, in case they decide to try to come after you. Good luck with the AG's office. :) At least you got UCL off your a$$, now let the AG work on your refund!!
Absolutely save this email...we have heard stories where the PDL
Absolutely save this email...we have heard stories where the PDL says it was 'written off' and the thought was that was a PIF...nope, it was written off to a collection agency.
