but am now seeing many different addresses for this Company. Is the one above even theirs?
Someone signed for my letter on the 9th, but how do I know it was someone at UCL???
The letter was addressed to United Cash Loans, would the mailman have made sure that's who they were before letting someone sign for it?

I would think that whoever signed for your letter did not work at UCL, then they wouldn't have signed for it.
