Hi
In the chat room of this site, I had an opportunity to talk with Vikas, Simon and Pammila and these guys are really nice human beings. Vikas mentioned that he does not allow posting external links other than the government links in this forum. I guess he is very strict with that :D
I keep logging in the chat room and wish to see the other members of this forum also soon. I am waiting to see you all over there and have a better understanding of each other. :D
Regards
Roxette

If those links happened to be of the government sites, then I believe it should be re-posted there so that the consumers can get benefitted from it.

Thanks for letting me add back, when you click on each of the states you will notice that the format from one to the next is the exact same.
Each site is going to give:
Explanation on chapter 7, 13 and chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Talk about exemptions for that state
Provide court houses in each state
Contact information for each trustee
Also may find contact information for bankruptcy attorneys available.
They do talk about alternatives to bankruptcy too, but I don't recommend CCCS or debt consolidation without first talking to a bankruptcy attorney.
Sometimes a situation is beyond credit counseling or consolidation, where bankruptcy would be the best option.
Usually across most states consumers can get a one time counseltation with an attorney for free.
Declaring bankruptcy will be the final option for them when they
Declaring bankruptcy will be the final option for them when they don't have any other way left in front of them. People look in for bankruptcy at the very rarest times.

RE:
Hi,
In this age people should opt for debt consolidation and avoid bankruptcy. Bankruptcy hardly yields anything for the debtor or the creditor.
Being on the verge of bankruptcy often makes the creditors lenient towards the debtors and waives off a major bulk from the debt amount. This is done because the creditors get almost nothing if a debtor files bankruptcy.
Debt consolidation is now one of the most popular ways of eliminating debts. For better knowledge on the benefits of debt consolidation please view:

Hope this will be helpful.:D
Cheers,
Jason
