Phone Number 913-Who could this be?

I missed a call last night on my cell. The number that came up is just 913. Does anyone know who that is? They did not leave a message and when I call they do not go through. I still have loans through Geneva Roth, CashAdvance.net, Pyacheck Today and One Click. They are not responding to repeated emails ( One Click, Paycheck Today and CashAdvance.net). Geneva "made arrangements" with me but I filed a complaint with the DFI when they called at work)( after a long conversation telling them they could not).

If that is the only number that came up, 3 digits, I doubt you'll be able to find out who it was. Some companies that make collection calls are able to display only partial or invalid numbers if it is a line that they do not want to receive calls on.
