I just wanted to let you all know that I had success with VC Funding. They agreed to refund me the money overpaid along with supplying me with a loan Paid in Full letter as long as I asked the BBB to drop the complaint.

Good for you. I would make sure that you get all of that in writing from them and then notify the BBB and drop the complaint. Post this is in the success stories thread. How long did it take you to get this done?

No. I just got an email even that said that the money would be refunded to my account by noon tomorrow. It may be because it is such a small amount (only $15).
