Hi Wilson,
Welcome to the forums. The consumers keep filing their complaints at the FTC, BBB and the state attorney general office and request for legal action. Once they have received sufficient information to take action against a particular company, they will inform you about the actions taken.
You can fill in the complaint form of the FTC at the link given below and describe the nature of your complaint. I am sure the representative will call you up.

Hey lc! Welcome to the forums!
The FTC most likely receives hundreds if not, thousands of complaints a week! It's hard to send out individual messages to any given individual, as soon as someone sends a complaint. Because of the many cases that the FTC has worked on, and how many corrupt businesses have been shut down, I have no doubt that they receive and read ALL complaints and take action. In a somewhat related case, most of us on the board complained to the ACA about Ellis Crosby & Associates. I never received a letter back from ACA, but they revoked Ellis' license with them---so our complaints must have been heard!
Anytime you have a complaint about a rip-off company, let it be heard! Even IF the FTC doesnt do anything about it, you will save several people from dealing with the illegitmate company.
