Can someone tell more about United Cash Loans?

Hey there........

Can someone tell me a little bit more about United Cash Loans? I've just now started with my closed checking account and they're the first ones to give me problems.......what am I up against?

tree, did you send them "the letter" revoking everything under the sun? Did you tell them to only contact you via email or USPS? No telephone calls, please. United Cash Loans is not licensed/legal. Keep that in mind when they start giving you grief about "thier" state law, about how much you owe them, etc. They are not even licensed in their own state. Please post and let us know how far you are with them right now (i.e. phone call? email?) There are tons of members with loans with them.

United Cash Loans UGH ! I received yesterday a letter from NPA regarding my defaulted loan. cannr This is MTE correct? Well they will "settle " with me for double what my original loan was. Should I even bother to call this guy Dan brown back, or should I ignore the letter. This is actually the first collection letter ii have received.

Yes, this is one of MTE's. And it sounds as though they're pulling their usual "settlement offer" game of settling for more than what you owe. They're so predictable. You got a letter from a CA? Probably an illegal CA. I would respond with the original "pdl letter" you sent. I would remind them that they are illegal. Remind them of what you have already paid, etc. Just remember, they are unlicensed/illegal. Fire back with both guns.

This is the like the CA that contacted me regarding my loan with WebPayDay that was REFUNDED and marked PIF. I faxed him all my emails I had with WebPayDay. I've never heard from him again.

tree, since you've overpaid on your loan, you've got a pretty good leg to stand on. They will argue your head off and insist that you still owe their fees, but stick to your guns.

Shame I can't just fight all of my MTE loans at once, eh?

I've already got one flat-out lying to the BBB.......after reading here some of the stunts they pull, in all honesty, I had to laugh. They said they never had a loan for me to begin with, then went on to name a bunch of their dba's that I "might transfer my problem to!!"

Good enough for the BBB though.........

Oh, tree. I had all three of my MTE's totally lie to the BBB. It's okay. I have everything documented via their nasty emails. So...they can say anything they want to. I have written documentation.

LOL! Mine are all separated by the pdl name. So, whenever I can figure out which one they're lying about, I can pull it up quickly! It's just a matter of which one they are denying they are that day!
