Revoking IPDL Authorization?? (help!!)

Hi have been a member a little over a month or so...

I have about 4 ipdl's in which only 1 is legal(who I will pay). I have paid them in full in extension fee's alone,... which is illegal in Ohio... I want them to stop taking money from my bank account

Im preparing to close my bank account...

Im preparing to send emails, faxes, and (Ive been told to do so) certified letters to these companies revoking their authorization to draw funds from my bank account.

I was hoping someone could give me a good template on what to say to these companies in my letters, and what information to provide, as well as who and where to send copies of the revokation (i.e.. government agancies) so they can become aware of what is happening.

Please help me with my wording and your knowledge

To revoke authorization for these companies to debit your account simply write:

"I hereby revoke any and all authorization I gave Company X to debit in any way any account I may have."

It doesn't have to be fancy. Just be sure to send it certified mail so you have proof they recieved it.

Sdot:I found the above in one of goudah's posts.
hope it helps
