EZ Payday Cash

I just found out EZ Payday Cash turned my account over to collections. The weird part is I owed them the principal of the loan of $400. I have all my loans with T & C and T & C has made 3 payments of $20 each. When I got the call from ADCC(collections) they said my balance is $120. I had T & C call them to confirm this and they said yes. There was never any communication or response from EZ Payday Cash. Do you think they just wrote off the rest of the loan?
