I have a account deliquent with T-Mobile USA INC for 1800.00. They send the account to BCR when I call them the said we can set up the account for 1300.38. I agree make a payment of 500.00 with my check card in July and told them I will call them to do the next payment. BCR send me a letter in August with the balace of 800.00. I send a payment of 400.00 dollars in the mail. When the collector call, I explain to him that the payment is in the mail and he call me liar and the I have the wrong balance(1300.38). Now they are using my card without authorization trying to get more money :cry: What legal action I can take with company!!!

Too many negative feedbacks posted on BCR Read them carefully and know how to deal with them. They seem to violate the federal laws very often.
Do you have any written confirmation from the BCR that they are authorized to collect on your account? Also, do you have the copy of the settlement offer?
You need to show receipts of the payment to prove your side of the story. You also need to explain the situation to your card company because they are trying to do unauthorized debit. They will block them from withdrawing any funds. You may also speak to an attorney regarding this case. He will assist you with legal recourse.
