How to handle BBB regarding a complaint against a CA?

How do you handle a response from the BBB in regards to a complaint made against a collection agency/law firm and their blatant lies they replied to the person requesting the validation? Does that make any sense? If not let me know and I will clarify.
They (BBB) are only giving me 5 days to respond so I only have three days left and don't know what to tell them other than they are full of BS :twisted:
