cashnetusa sent a response

Here is the response that I received from CASHNETUSA.

Quote:
Dear Nutsie1,

In response to your email submitted 08/31/07, the extension fee amount
that drafted from your account 08/03/07 does not apply towards the
loan, it is what you pay to extend your due date. When you initially apply
for the loan, you have the option to modify your End of Loan action to
Pay in Full, or it will extend based on the setting. Your loan is due
09/04/07 in the amount of $188.79 in which the transaction will be sent
to the account on file in event we do not obtain your payment prior to
your due date. In event your payment does not clear, recommendations
would be to contact our Collections department to set up payment
arrangements. If your wanting to submit your balance by another form, we
suggest Money Gram or Western Union, please advise which method is more
accessible for you so we can provide you with proper instructions to submit
your payment.

a week to help answer all your questions via phone, email or online
chat.

Anybody have any input?? If they are legal, why won't thay send me a copy of my papers? :x

I sounds like you had to sign a contract, so why don't you have copies yourself?

I am not trying to be rude, but it doesn't really matter if nutsie1 has her/his paperwork or not. The question is why can't they give an appropriate address to send payment to that is the question that I want to know. Why do all of these places want money grams or western unions.

If they are a legitimate business don't you think they could provide a physical location?

Yeah, thanks. I removed her name.

They will give you a physical address to send payments to if you ask.

What I would suggest doing is call the customer service number. Tell them you lost your contract and need another copy emailed to you. Don't say anything about not paying, laws, etc. Usually they will send it to you right away. It's the collections people that are harder to get a copy from.

thanks vanryankelly and goudah for watching out for me. Sometimes I have a lapse of brain smarts. By, the way, I did get a copy of my loan documents from Cashnet's website. I emailed them to Florida Regulations Department to the investigator that is handling my case against them. I am asking him to let me know what he thinks about this CSO stuff. The way he looks at it, they are involved in my loan by getting it funded. Also, with their name listed on my bank statement as the ones that put the money in my account and the ones that are debiting my account, that also makes them involved. The Florida Lending law states that to be involved, directly or in-indirectly in lending money, you must be licensed with the office at the Florida Department of Regulations. I asked him to respond after he reads cashnet's license that I found on the forum. I will pass on what he says. Who know's, I MAY end up in IPDL jail !!
