Yesterday...UnitedCash, today it was a call from USFastCash

And the hits just keep on comin'!

Got a call at work from USFastCash, spoke to a Chris Hansen (Gee, the same Chris Hansen from NBC?) who when through his whole rhetoric.

Then I went into my diatribe! Funny thing is, when I told him they were operating illegally he said, "then why did you sign a contract you knew was illegal!" HE ADMITTED IT!

Then he said he was giving me an opportunity to settle for $300 (that's like three times the principal that I already paid,) because my file had been BRUNG to him from they're attorney.

   Brung! I couldn't resist...I had to say, "Sir, the word is brought!" Man was he ever pissed! I asked to him to send whatever he wanted via USPS and he started screaming that he wasn't going to send a dammned thing but would make a record that I refused to pay and give my file back to the attorney. By all means, buddy! Knock yourself out.

That's it. I've gotten calls from BOTH pdls at work and have stated my case. I won't be speaking to anyone else. Unfortunately, I can't keep the switchboard from transferring the calls so I'll simply hang up on them from now on!

BRUNG!!!!

shey, remember, these are the people that emailed me (after I refused to talk to them on the telephone) that they ARE NOT USFASTCASH (this from an email address from usfastcash). These are the people that told ME to leave THEM alone. These are the people that lied flat out to the BBB. These are the people that never responded to me again, then 2 months (over 2 months actually) they snuck an electronic check through my "old" account for $560.00. Hello. Do not put one thing past them. They know they are illegal. That's why they're nasty. Of course, they haven't responded to my AG, who has now sent a second notice to them. Watch them. But know what kind of people you are dealing with.

I know typing is one thing, on here it is true because you want to get what you want to say out...

But when you receive a form letter from a company, telling you about your account not being paid and how you should pay it, don't you think that would have been spell checked and grammar checked? So not really surprised when a representative over the phone can't speak either.

Not to say that I don't make mistakes sometimes, but he probably says the same thing over and over again, with probably a script in front of him... You think at some point they would have fixed that or it would have been pointed out to him!

Glad you got the chance to tell him because that was funny.
