EZ Loans

I have several outstanding pay day loans. I don't know what my options are. This payday loan company particularly harasses me several times a week at work via phone and email. I am in TX and don't know how I should proceed. Every time they talk to me they tell me they are going to put this on my credit or take other legal means. I did get pulled into the $1500 payday loans that ends up being several small loans and everyone taking their ungodly fees out which did get me over in my checking account because it was beginning to be more every week than what my checks were.

Any suggestions???

chrisi, let me jump in real quick while you are figuring out how much you have paid these people. I know you've probably overpaid the majority of them, unless they are very new loans. They are not permitted to charge you "rollover/extension" fees, which is what they are doing. So every debit they have taken should be applied directly to your principle amount deposited into your account. Also, just by glancing quickly, I can see some of your pdl's are unlicensed/illegal. We'd have to check on some of them to see if they are even licensed/legal. Let me ask you, when are your next debits scheduled to be taken? Is it tomorrow?

Oh. Also, who is telling you that they will find out if you have another checking account & take the money from there? Is it one particular pdl? Or more than one saying this?

Are they? Darn. Thanks Goldenbast! I thought they were an internet based company. So that changes things a bit for dealing with them.

Since they are a CSO they do not have to follow Texas PDL law. They are operating legally and will need to be dealt with carefully. You should try to set up some sort of payment plan with them.
